Configuration Management Specialist [Senior Level]
Horizon Industries Limited (HIL) is a dynamic IT and Management Consulting firm based in the Washington, DC area. We are currently seeking a Configuration Management Specialist [Senior Level] for a full-time position, remotely supporting the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).

Duties of a Configuration Management Specialist [Senior Level] may include:
- Lead or supervise a team of Configuration Management Specialists
- Provide configuration baseline control throughout the lifecycle of highly complex information systems as well as component software and hardware elements
- Facilitate and advise Configuration Control Boards (CCBs)
- Maintain allocated, functional and physical baseline control and ability to perform audit support
- Review all engineering change requests to assess impact upon configuration baseline and logistics support elements
- Maintain configuration control records and technical documents
- Work closely with quality assurance and management representatives to ensure accurate and well-documented product baseline
- Prepare directives for change authorization and implementation
Required Skills / Experience:
- Five (5) years relevant experience
- Must possess active IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority

Salary Range: There are various factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, education, certifications, and competencies that align with the specified role, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is: $110,000 – 125,000
