Concrete Foreman (Small Crew)

Responsibilities

• B&M Builders Inc in Rancho Cordova CA is seeking to hire a full-time

Concrete Foreman to supervise and perform the work and be responsible for preparing, placing, finishing, and curing concrete

• You ensure each job goes smoothly by coordinating tasks for the

day, preparing work schedules, overseeing the quality of the site,
and managing the budget

• You will be responsible for managing a 4 man crew to remove and replace small to medium size flags of concrete around utility services. This is for multiple contracts all of which are multiple years.
• Must be able to manage the crews time and productivity as well as be able to track your quantities and upload pictures to the internet.
• Must have a positive attitude and be prepared to not only work as a team but help to lift the team to better production and faster repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
