Concrete Estimator / Assistant Pm

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Estimator to join our construction team. As a Concrete Estimator, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Complete takeoffs for new bids on Agtek.
- Manage bid list and estimate cost for new and upcoming projects.
- Various task in the office.
- Contact customers and discuss projects throughout bidding process.
- Place orders from suppliers pertaining to specific projects.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in concrete construction preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools
- Familiarity with blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Skills:
- Proficiency in Bluebeam software for reviewing and marking up construction drawings
- Knowledge of construction management principles, including project management, cost control, and contract negotiation
- Experience using HeavyBid software for construction estimating is a plus
- Ability to interpret project specifications and negotiate pricing with suppliers/vendors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
