The Concierge greets all visitors and refers them to staff members or departments to ensure that they are promptly served. Concierges operate multi-line telephone consoles to take and relay messages and refer callers to proper staff members. They ensure that each guest and caller has an excellent customer service experience.

What we are looking for:
We need a Concierge who will help our visitors and residents by being outgoing, friendly, and who will provide pro-active assistance and support for our residents, families, and team members. Our Concierges are required to:
- Serve as a point of contact for visitors/families;
- Be friendly and outgoing;
- Stay up to date on community and local events in order to provide accurate information;
- Have working knowledge of Internet Software and Word Processing Software.
