Building Host and Concierge

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and personable Building Host and Concierge to serve as the face of our establishment. This person will be an active member of our team and collaborate with us on growth and club member needs and requests. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our tenants and club members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming and Assisting Guests: Greet and welcome visitors, tenants, and club members with professionalism and warmth. Assist with inquiries, directions, and any immediate needs to ensure a positive experience.

2. Access Control: Manage access to secure suites within the building using fob systems or other secure entry methods. Ensure only authorized personnel gain entry, maintaining a safe and secure environment.

3. Booking Management: Handle bookings for the business club, meeting rooms, podcast studio and shared workspaces. Coordinate reservations, manage scheduling conflicts, and ensure spaces are prepared according to requirements.

4. Membership Services: Provide support to business club members, including membership inquiries, tours and membership set up and monitoring. Ensure members have a seamless experience and access to exclusive amenities and events.

5. Communication Hub: Serve as a central point of contact for tenants, club members, and external vendors. Relay important information, announcements, and updates effectively and promptly.

6. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as managing incoming calls and support the building management team in scheduling and events.

7. Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns raised by tenants, club members, or visitors promptly and effectively. Work towards swift resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Familiarity with access control systems and booking software is advantageous.

• A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
