Mirador Retirement Community is an upscale retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care services to seniors. We are currently seeking a Concierge. Our concierges have the ability to make every resident, family member and visitor that comes into our community, feel welcome. The Concierge:
- Ensures everyone that walks into the Mirador lobby has an extraordinary customer service experience.
- Greets all visitors in an enthusiastic professional manner.
- Answers all incoming calls on the main phone line and conveys a smile in his/her voice on every call.
- Signs for all deliveries and promptly calls employees/residents receiving packages.
- Establishes rapport with residents, guests and employees; demonstrates a high level of friendliness and professional maturity in all interactions.
- Assists residents with scheduling transportation services and enters work order requests.
- Monitors emergency response system and the fire alarm panel.
- On an occasion, respond to resident pull cord emergencies.
