Concierge At Luxury High-Rise Condominium

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and their guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met daily. Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests and provide a warm welcome
- Assist residents with special requests
- Provide information about happenings within the building and in the immediate area
- Coordinate retrieval of vehicle and/or assist with retrieving vehicle from time to time
- Arrange for and/or deliver all incoming package and deliveries
- Handle resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure resident satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, checking contractors in and out and updating shift log and management dashboard regularly

Skills:
- Strong resident relations skills with a focus on providing stellar, white-glove customer service
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel/resort or luxury high-rise/condominium setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in time management to ensure efficient handling of resident inquiries, requests and management-assigned tasks
- Knowledge of area and BuildingLink or other property management systems

-Team player mentality - flexibility in scheduling is a must and must be able to adapt to dynamic and frequently-evolving operating procedures
- Bilingual (or multilingual) is a plus but not required
