Concession Attendant Position Summary

• Reliable, hardworking, and service oriented individuals who can work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Possess excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Manage concession and café various tasks on a daily basis to ensure operations runs smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Possess knowledge of basic mixed cocktails, beer and wine
• Stock, set up, and break down of concessions area according to standard operations.
• Possess strong barista knowledge and capabilities (cappuccinos, lattes, cortados, macchiatos, Chai lattes, Matcha lattes, flat whites, etc.
• Ensure par levels are accurate for all products at your designated bar station.
• Follow opening and closing checklists.
• Maintain excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Professional handling and communication of customer complaints
• Ability to work well in a team environment and self-sufficient and comfortable working without immediate supervision in some cases.
• Consistent standing throughout the shift
• Adheres to all food safety policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• At least a year of prior food service experience.
• Customer Service experience.
• Accurate cash handling and POS experience.
• Organized, detailed oriented reliable, and professional.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Repetitive lifting and reaching with hands and arms.
• Ability to execute all duties and responsibilities in a safe and timely manner.
• NYC’s Food Handlers Certificate a plus
• Barista experience a must

Salary: $16.00- $18.00

Part-time, On-Site
