We are a startup that is going places! As our business has grown our demand has grown and an employee to add to the team is essential. This employee(s) will be the first of our start up and has a potential for major growth as our company grows. We will train and assist in areas you may lack, but we require you have a some what good level understanding in Apple products and repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair Apple computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote access
- Perform equipment repairs and upgrades as needed
- Set up and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Conduct system diagnostics to identify and resolve problems
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement solutions
- Document all technical procedures and user guides
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Apple computer hardware components and systems
- Familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams
- Experience in field service or on-site support
- Proficiency in Mac OS operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues
- Knowledge of mobile devices (iOS, iPad OS) and their troubleshooting
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic soldering skills for equipment repair (will train further to advance level microsoldering)
We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail. As a Computer Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and providing technical support to our customers.
This is a part time position which wil lead to full time with competitive pay. We are a start up Apple Third Party business and would like to find the perfect team member that is ready and willing to grow with the start up company. Pay: $20.16 - $21.44 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
