Computer Technician – Level 3

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual for our team as a Help Desk Engineer Tier 3.
Individuals in this position are responsible for providing excellent support to clients to ensure stable and reliable operation of their systems. This includes providing maintance, service, and support for every aspect of computer hardware, software, networking, and telephony equipment. The person in this position will perform general technical support functions, including physical installation, assembly, configuration, diagnostics, and maintenance of the personal computer, business computers, servers, and networking equipment. While working under the supervision of the Integration Manager. This person will work with a great deal of independence to establish daily and weekly work order priorities and perform related work as required.

What you get in return:
Base Salary: In the area of $17.00 Hourly - Based on your experience
Commission: Up to Additional 5% per quarter of your quarterly earnings

IT Work for Simple MONEY!
Work from scheduled tickets / work on various equipment for clients / repair equipment for clients / Receive new equipment / Ship out equipment
Enjoy your work without being micromanaged
Collaborate with team
Document and track calls - interactions with Clients
Email Clients
Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with management
Travel to a Client Site / Deliver Equipment
Diagnose computers, servers, and other equipment for repair

Desired Skills and Experience:
Equivalent to completion of two years of college-level coursework in computer science, information technology or a related field or two years of general computer installation, maintenance, and repair experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above. Certifications -A+ or equivalent
Certifications – Server+ or equivalent
Must have proficient server knowledge
Licenses:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
