Computer Technician

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and assistance to end users - Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner - Troubleshoot software and hardware problems on computers and other devices - Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure components - Assist with computer networking tasks, including setting up and troubleshooting network connections - Provide desktop support for operating systems such as Windows and Linux - Set up and support VPN connections for remote users Requirements: - Proven experience in technical support or a related field - Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and IT support principles - Familiarity with IT infrastructure components and their maintenance - Proficiency in using remedy or similar ticketing systems - Understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols - Experience with desktop support for Windows and Linux operating systems - Knowledge of VPN setup and configuration We are looking for a skilled Computer Technician to join our team.
