Computer/ Phone Technician

GoEBITS is an Apple Authorized Service Provider looking to expand our team and business. After 20 years in business, we are proud to open another Apple Authorized Service location in Bellevue in addition to our store in Seattle's University District. We are currently looking for computer hardware technicians who will provide a great asset to our growing team. A candidate with Apple Certification is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate to achieve certification.

We are looking for:

A Computer Hardware Technician that is experienced in both diagnostic and repair of both Apple and PC hardware. Certification is a plus, but we are willing to help the right candidate achieve certification.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Carrying out daily repairs and diagnostics of devices
• Organizing order of daily repairs and prioritizing tickets
• Interacting with customers regarding repair tickets
• Continuous training & learning of new repair guidelines and procedures for new Apple devices
• Obtaining additional certifications as needed

Job Requirements:

• Experience working as a computer hardware technician for a broad range of devices such as desktops, notebooks, PC, and Mac
• Experience in computer networking and IT support (Preffered)
• iPhone and Smartphone repair experience (Preffered)
• Strong customer service skills
• Working well individually and within a team
• Ability to adapt and strong organization skills

The computer hardware technician will report directly to the service manager and interact regularly with customer service representatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
