WorkLocation - Bend, Oregon
What you will be doing:
The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for tracking compliance testing records for all OXO and Hydro Flask products, as well as tracking third-party supplier audits for North American suppliers.

  • Track Active Compliance and follow up with product managers and product engineers when the APO Compliance team confirms information is missing
  • Update International Assortment status when testing is in progress and after it has passed
  • Update OXO and Hydro Flask Compliance trackers
  • Track product claim testing results
  • Trending testing failures but product, regulation, material, supplier, etc.
  • Update the Master File with finalized COCs and test reports. Ensure prior records are kept in SharePoint
  • Trend periodic testing to see what is upcoming, track changes in the product status and markets
  • Coordinate North American 3rd party supplier audits
  • Submit periodic test requests for Hydro Flask and OXO products, for all applicable markets
  • Aid in pulling together relevant information when being audited
  • Audit compliance records to ensure test reports and documents are completed and within the time frame required
  • Store and coordinate compliance documents in SharePoint
  • Document compliance test plans and forecast periodic test plans on a quarterly basis
  • Audit product and copy for compliance adherence and consistencies
  • This audit includes but is not limited to, product claims on the packaging as well as any copy online

Skills Needed to be Successful:
  • Ability to work across a variety of departments and time zones
  • Ability to communicate testing status and where there are gaps
  • Proficiency in writing, speaking, and reading in English

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years working in a regulated environment (financial/legal/and/or quality assurance etc.,)
  • Experience leading or taking part in an audit
  • Proven background in detailed documentation and record-keeping
  • Experience with SmartSheets, SharePoint, and process flow diagrams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills to build reports and show trends
  • Data management experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual (Chinese or French)
