SalaryContinental Management is seeking Section 8 Specialist/Compliance with Tax Credit experience in the Pontiac, MI area for a community. This Specialist/Compliance person will be responsible for the re-certifications and possible leasing may be involved.
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum two years experience in property management industry required. Also must understand the Section 8 and tax credit processes.
