Under the Supervision of the Corporate Compliance Officer, the Analyst is responsible for managing company documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity.
This position adheres to record retention policies, which entails the safeguard of information, retrieval of data in a safe and effective manner. TrueCare's PolicyTech administrator and Super User.
This is a fast paced and deadline oriented environment, it requires to stay focused and carry out tasks in a timely and accurate manner, maintain an eye for detail and accuracy. Research, update and updating records as policies are reviewed and new ones created.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare administration or other health care or related field.
- Two (2) to Four (4) years of relevant professional experience in Compliance.
- A minimum of two (2) years professional experience in business writing and document management.
- Exceptional writing and researching skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Must be computer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with document control software.
The following qualifications would be desired:
- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) from Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA)
- Experience with PolicyTech, or other document management software preferred.
- Experience with healthcare terminology

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
Employment is contingent on having an annual COVID-19 vaccination, or use of a mask, from November 1 through March 31 of every year.
