Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $58458 - $66800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct internal compliance through testing and direct observation to ensure that the use of a comprehensive and effective set of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and with Delaware North policies and procedures
- Analyze data and report back on identified areas of potential exposure
- Assist in the development of compliance strategies
- Assist unit with the implementation of compliance strategy recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant disciplin, preferred
- 3+ yrs of experience in compliance, audit analysis, and strategic planning
- Online gaming, eCommerce or FinTech experience highly desirable
- Independent problem solving and analytical abilities necessary coupled with good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate findings in verbal and written form
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
