About the Role...
As a Global Survey Compensation Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work within Salary.com's global compensation survey. You will support our business and customers by ensuring timely, complete, and accurate collection, processing and reporting of global survey data. You will utilize a variety of analytical techniques to review survey submissions from participating companies and ensure data meets quality standards. Respond to inquiries on global data trends to support clients in decisions around equitable and competitive pay practices. You will also contribute to the development and enhancement of products, conduct industry research to identify new verticals or gaps in current coverage of jobs or data elements, help to identify and conduct spot surveys and more.

- Base Salary Range: $73K-$78K plus quarterly bonus potential
A Day in the Life...
- As the primary point of contact for an assigned account base, introduces new participants to the survey, answers questions on job matching, data interpretation, etc. and guides them through the data submission process.
- Monitors participation status and actively reaches out to ensure requirements and deadlines are met.
- Gathers, interprets, and analyzes large sets of survey data.
- Follows data handling procedures and ensures data accuracy and adherence to production deadlines.
- Understands survey database rules and how they impact data analysis decisions.
- Audits and maintain accuracy of CRM records.
- Provides assistance to internal and external clients on survey related matters. Assists in conducting custom compensation projects and other projects as needed.
About You....
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in compensation and/or Human Resources
- Demonstrated experience using advanced Microsoft Excel functions (vlookup, pivot tables, formulas) and in quantitative data analysis methods.
- Experience in basic statistical principles used in interpreting data sets (Mean, Median, Mode, Range, Ratios, etc.)
- Confidence learning new tools and technologies.
- Desire to become a Certified Compensation Professional.
- Capacity to work independently, collaborate with a team as well as work with clients in a consultative manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
