Bachelor’s level or equivalent experience in Human Resources or Finance
Three to Five years of Human Resources and/or Finance experience in Healthcare
Solid technical skills, Workday and Advanced Excel experience a must. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, which are necessary to support successful interactions at all levels of staff. Problem solving, communication and presentation skills. Project management skills. Teamwork and collaboration skills, along with ability to work independently in fast paced HR environment.
The Compensation/HRIS Analyst provides analytical HR support in the development and administration of compensation and performance management programs, including providing thorough and detailed evaluations and analyses of current compensation structures. The Compensation/HRIS Analyst participates in the analysis of end-user requirements, procedures and problems needed to automate work processes or to improve existing computer applications. Assists in the evaluation, development and implementation of new computer systems and projects for Human Resources. Provide technical and functional support to all users of the Workday HRIS system at EBNHC.COMPENSATION RESPONSIBILITIES
Works directly with HR Director to support and maintain EBNHC’s Wage & Salary Compensation system
Collaborates with HR Director in the analysis and review of job classifications and reclassification requests; quality controls the job classification process for both existing and newly created positions
Assist in implementation and monitoring effectiveness of various incentive and regular compensation programs
Conduct analysis of internal compensation programs including wage and pay administration, job evaluation, area cost differentials, and short-term incentives
Develop salary structures and research market trends
Assist in administration of performance appraisals and salary administration programs including system upgrades in Workday HRIS system; Assist in annual companywide salary projects
HRIS RESPONSIBILITIES
Works directly with HRIS Manager to support the HRIS functions and assist in configuration of Workday processes within HCM, Benefits and Recruitment.
Proactively reviews and recommends improvements to current processes and projects, as well as ways to better automate processes within Workday
Develop, modify and execute reports to support HR needs, as well as that of other EBNHC departments
Support implementation, testing and modification of data within Workday and provide technical and functional HRIS support to our internal and external customers
Research, troubleshoot -and resolve any data issues between Workday and vendor systems
Maintains “to do” screen shots of employee and manager self-help tasks and assures they are readily available to all staff through our Share Point site
Assists managers regarding any and all issues on training and maintenance of Workday. Assists with training as needed for HR staff as well as Managers
Assists in oversight of all Integrations of data from Workday to external sites as the organization supports
Continually increase Workday knowledge through participation in user groups, webcasts, training, etc… to ensure best practices and to keep up on current trends
Attends required educational sessions, previews all tenant and system enhancements as needed. If possible, attends the Workday Rising event, which is the annual premier conference for our system
Monitors all activity within Workday for both HR and MSO as needed
Promotes technology to increase productivity, decrease rework and eliminate manual effort.
