Are you an experienced real estate professional? The Matt Fischer Group is looking for full-time licensed real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.

Licensed agents joining the Matt Fischer Group consistently close 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. The Matt Fischer Group is partnered directly with the top lead sources in the world.

We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days. The Matt Fischer Group offers continued education to ensure our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

2024 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless of whether you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to open 2-3 escrows a month with the leads we provide.

Responsibilities:

List and sell residential real estate.

Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.

Daily Follow-Up with provided Leads.

Educate clients on basic real estate procedures

Maintain your Real Estate License
