Responsibilities:

As a Solar Sales Representative at FOR Energy, you will:

  • Prospect, identify and cultivate residential and commercial leads for solar energy systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client's energy needs, delivering tailored solar solutions.
  • Present and explain the benefits of solar energy systems, addressing customer inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, ensuring accurate pricing and product information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, government incentives, and solar technology advancements.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Proven direct-to-customer sales experience, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to successfully close deals.
  • Self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently.
  • Preferred knowledge of solar energy systems, industry regulations, and financing options.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
