Bolder Path Services offers in home care in El Dorado County that is built for each client. Bolder Path Services believes that by offering specific, personalized services to people with all types of disabilities, individuals may live in their own homes and be active community members. We tailor services and support for each participant's needs, interests, and preferences.
We are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team and provide compassionate, quality care to our clients in their homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing companionship, light housekeeping, and personal care services to clients in their homes. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavior intervention or in home care and be passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Provide transportation to community events, medical appointments and other errands.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients according to their dietary needs.
- Observe and report changes in client's condition or behavior to the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe environment for the client.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
