What You'll Be Doing: As the voice of Solar On Earth, you'll assist individuals in discovering savings from local solar farms. Comfortable with making multiple calls per day to potential customers and following up on leads, you'll be responsible for sales in your assigned territory, meeting sales targets, and championing our mission to bring solar energy everywhere.

Starting with our innovative Solar Success Program, you'll be mentored by one of our top sales managers, gaining industry knowledge, real-world field experience, and the tools for success. Compensation and Benefits: We take pride in offering competitive compensation. Enjoy a base salary plus uncapped commission, with the potential to earn $125k+ in your first year.

Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on Community Solar
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives
- Create and maintain a database of potential customers
- Explain and demonstrate savings from Community Solar to businesses
- Research and qualify new leads
- Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Provide valuable strategy and information for improved sales and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of outbound sales experience
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly intelligent, problem-solving mindset
- Competitive, money-driven personality
- Ability to achieve appointment targets
