Description of Position:
Primary duty is the development and operation of Support Center and Care Coordination Team. In addition, assist other NBH staff in marketing and referral development for those services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan the delivery of the overall program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organization
- Develop new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization
- Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the support center and care coordination team
- Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure the support center and care coordination team operates within the policies and procedures of the organization
- Ensure that support center and care coordination team activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards
- Develop forms and records to document program activities
- Oversee the collection and maintenance of records on the members of the program for statistical purposes according to the confidentiality/privacy policy of the organization
Staffing
- In consultation with the VPs, recruit, interview and select well-qualified program staff
- Implement the human resources policies, procedures and practices of the organization
- Establish and implement a performance management process for all program staff
- Engage volunteers for appropriate program activities
- Ensure that all program staff receive an appropriate orientation to the organization and the programs
- Ensure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards
- Supervise program staff by providing direction, input and feedback
- Communicate with members and other stakeholders to gain community support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program
- Liaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery
- Coordinate the delivery of services among different program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency

· Ability to communicate with physician and providers of healthcare as well as other social service agencies regarding needs of patient’s
· Documentation meets current standards and policies
· Proficiency with software and/or equipment (Microsoft Office applications, outlook, word and excel)
· Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively
· Ability to work in fast paced, expanding environment
· Ability to exercise self-control in potentially volatile situations
· Ability to work and concentrate amidst distractions
· Ability to handle interruptions and multi-task
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Licensure:
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (mental health, social work, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
Active Nevada LPC, LMFT, LCSW (preferred)
Knowledge and Experience:
- (3) years or more experience in the behavioral / chemical dependency field.
- (2) years or more experience in a director-level position.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among the workforce.
- Understanding of personnel management.
- Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
- Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
- Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
