Job Description
- Interviewing prospective Residents to determine needs and qualifications for residing in an assisted living community.
- Maintaining a detailed customer database to stay in close contact with potential Residents/family members.
- Regularly, tour prospective Residents through the community, model rooms, available services, associated fees, and terms of the lease.
- Planning and overseeing advertising and promotional activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mailings.
- Preparing or directing the preparation of public relations releases, special brochures, and similar materials.
- Inspecting the condition of apartments and premises periodically and arranging for necessary maintenance to assure Roseleaf Communities show positively to the community.
- Working with the Executive Director and Department Heads.
- Establishing strategic marketing plans to guide marketing efforts and help each new surroundings.level census objectives.
- Effectively educates the County regarding Roseleaf Communities to gain appropriate resident referrals.
- Managing marketing operating budget to assure spending is at or below budgetary guidelines.
- Establishing and maintaining a consistent image throughout the Community, with promotional materials and special events held or sponsored.
- Monitoring competitive services and marketing activities of other assisted living communities in the area to assure our communities remains competitive in the marketplace.
- Maintaining confidentiality of all pertinent personal or health information concerning Residents and staff.
- Other duties as assigned and related to the success and the Care, Comfort, and Engagement of our Residents.
