Education and Qualifications:

• Current and valid California state license as MFT, LCSW or Psychologist.
• Able to supervise Associate Therapists.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Current Tuberculosis clearance.
• Experience with medical electronic health records.
• Substance abuse and mental health treatment experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, works collaboratively with others.
• Organized, professional and can work autonomously.
• Proven manager of outpatient behavioral health programs.
• Have supervised clinical staff successfully.
• Flexibility to work extra hours if needed (onsite and/or on-call).

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Behavioral Health Management: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• California LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist license (Required)
