Education and Qualifications:
- Current and valid California state license as MFT, LCSW or Psychologist.
- Able to supervise Associate Therapists.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- Current Tuberculosis clearance.
- Experience with medical electronic health records.
- Substance abuse and mental health treatment experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, works collaboratively with others.
- Organized, professional and can work autonomously.
- Proven manager of outpatient behavioral health programs.
- Have supervised clinical staff successfully.
- Flexibility to work extra hours if needed (onsite and/or on-call).

COVID-19 precautions include wearing masks, social distancing, cleaning schedules, and additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided as needed.

- Behavioral Health Management: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- California LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist license (Required)
