As the Director of Community Physician Relations, you will play a key role in building collaborative relationships with Community Physicians to help align, coordinate, and support growth and patient care within the medical center and throughout the West San Fernando Valley area. This will require a commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of these physicians to advance the success and positive impact of UCLA Health in the region. You will: * Foster positive relationships with physicians affiliated with UCLA Health * Support the integration of Community Physicians into the UCLA Health network * Proactively connect with physicians to identify growth/collaboration opportunities * Track physician volume and case location/referral patterns to identify areas for growth * Develop and implement strategies to enhance collaboration and alignment * Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote the medical center and its services * Utilize data analytics to assess physician performance, referral patterns, and market trends * Monitor market share and identify growth opportunities based on data-driven insights Salary Range: $95,900 - $222,100/annually
