WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Responsibilities
- Engage and grow our presence across social media as well as at events that include; webinars, conferences, and others
- Stay abreast of real estate market trends to ensure our presence remains relevant and impactful
- Create captivating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels like TikTok
- Provide direction to our graphic designers around innovative content for print media, digital platforms, and events
- Manage community engagement across social platforms as well as create communities within homeowner specific groups like Reddit, NextDoor, and Houzz
- Build and manage a vendor pool for in person events here in OC as well as outside of California
- Coordinate strategic conference partnerships throughout the real estate industry
- Plan conference participation, design conference booths, manage schedules and travel, and ensure all Revive team members are prepared going into the conference
WHO YOU ARE:
- 4+ years of experience managing social media accounts
- 2+ years of experience organizing in-person and virtual events
- Proven track record of growing social media presences over a course of years, not just months
- Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and business presentations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment or experience within a startup
- Strategic and growth mindset with an ability to gain leadership confidence
- Experience within real estate or passion for the space
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Design experience and comfort with Photoshop, Figma, and other design tools
- Experience organizing national conferences
- Experience in the real estate, renovations, or construction industries
Total Compensation (Base + Bonus/Commission)
