Property: (Heritage Park at Woodman - 155 units)
Onsite Housing: (REQUIRED) 2 bedroom
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Weekends if needed)
Job Responsibilities (Including but not limited to the following):
- Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents
- Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices and posting rents
- Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support
- Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise
- Conducts periodic apartment inspections
- Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal, and prepares a summary report of the property activity, conditions observed and traffic
- Effectively oversees and manage property and staff
- Approves invoices for payments
- Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or senior management as needed.
Education, Experience, Skills and Other Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of property management experience
- Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to organize and problem-solve
- Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, organizes tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.
- Fair Housing preferred
- Leasing, marketing/ advertising skills

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
