We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to play a pivotal role in elevating our brand's presence both online and offline. You will be responsible for fostering engagement across social media platforms, responding to inquiries, and cultivating relationships with our audience. Additionally, you will lead our brand presence at APP pickleball events and collaborate with influential voices in the nutrition, sports, and wellness space to expand our reach and grow brand value.
Key Responsibilities
Social media management
- Work closely with the CMO to curate engaging content for Ora’s social media channels
- Develop and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement and brand awareness
- Support CMO by scheduling and posting social media content
Community engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries across social media platforms
- Foster a sense of community among followers and cultivate meaningful relationships with our audience
- Occasionally work with the Customer Service team to assist with customer communications
- Build towards additional opportunities to engage with our community; e.g. brand ambassador programs, co-branded events in major cities, etc.
Community content creation
- Assist in the creation of compelling UCG content from our customers in order to educate and inspire our audience about the benefits of our products and the importance of plant-based wellness
- Manage UGC asset library, consistently organize and update with latest content
Event Coordination
- Lead the brand presence at APP Pickleball events, representing and supporting Ora as the Official Nutrition Sponsor of the league
- Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and activations to maximize visibility and engagement at events
- Work closely with the APP team to develop partnerships with players, coaches, and the general audience
Influencer Collaboration
- Work closely with the Head of Affiliate to collaborate with influential voices in the nutrition, sports, and wellness space to amplify our brand message and reach new audiences
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics across social media platforms and provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and optimizations.
- Report community findings to Sr. Director of Marketing - frequently asked questions, common complaints, interesting topics of discussion, customer testimonials, etc.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in event coordination and customer service
- Ability to collaborate effectively and network with influencers
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability and creativity in addressing community needs and challenges
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
