Overview
MKCR Capital, LLC is seeking a new Community Manager to lead our residents’ experience in our beautiful Community in the City of Carpinteria, California. Our ideal candidate will be a friendly, well-spoken and motivated individual who enjoys interacting with people.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative and support staff to ensure efficient operation of the community.
- Create and update the community’s resident database with accurate and updated information for all residents.
- Process applications, move-outs, and move-ups for all resident accounts.
- Assist with marketing efforts in the community including but not limited to advertising, door-to-door, and resident referrals.
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed.
- Maintain the community’s appearance by scheduling maintenance, cleaning, painting, and maintaining resident rooms.
- Respond to resident requests by residents’ service requests or via phone or e-mail correspondence.
- Assist residents in completing their applications by providing assistance in completing forms or by providing information on housing opportunities or transportation.
- Assist with resident events such as luncheons, dinners, and bazaars as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required: High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred but not required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to effectively use Internet based applications such as Google Docs and Sheets. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to work weekends when necessary.'
