Community Manager

Our Community Managers are inspiring leaders who oversee the daily executions of our community programs. As an Archrival Community Manager, you'll be responsible for mobilizing a community of marketers on the ground to bring to connect a brand with their consumers in a highly personalized way.
YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:

• Oversee the daily execution of field programs and campaigns.
• Develop effective communication strategies to drive ambassador productivity and accountability.
• Effective leadership that inspires high levels of performance and engagement, leading to tangible impact.
• Deliver clear expectations, directives, and guidelines to your teams to ensure alignment with brand targets.
• Support employees through training tools, best practices, coaching and performance management.
• Troubleshoot and drive solutions when challenges or barriers arise.
• Collate comprehensive reports pertaining to program progress and opportunities.
• Proactively funnel up agent insights on a regular basis to internal team.
• Bring fresh thinking and new ideas that will enhance team experience and program impact.
• Constant cross-functional collaboration by contributing to processes like recruitment and onboarding.
• Drive connectivity between your program and all other agency personnel.
• Serve as an advisor to Field Marketing Manager.
