We are a property management company that owns and operates 27 mobilehome and RV parks throughout California. We are currently looking for a Community Manager to join our team for our properties in Santa Rosa.

What’s in Store?

We’re looking for a Community Manager for our manufactured housing community in Santa Rosa. This position is full time, Monday through Friday.

Administrative Duties:

• Correspond via email, phone, and in person with residents.
• Distribute rent statements and process rent payments.
• Bank deposits, reconciliation of the park’s monthly billing and collections.
• Rental showings and application processing.
• Day-to-day tasks of community management.

Compliance Duties:

• Space and amenities compliance, and enforcement of rules and regulations.
• Daily property walks.
• Management of compliance notices and procedural timing.
• Conflict resolution management.

Who’s Right for this Position?

• Fluent in Spanish (preferred) and English.
• Self-motivated - We offer training, but the best way to grow into the role is to learn as you go. We can’t train common sense and resourcefulness, however.
• People-orientated – Build rapport with residents through good communication, active listening, and empathy.
• Humility – Take complete ownership of the role, be open to criticism, and see mistakes as learning opportunities.
• Curious - We are looking for curious team members!
