Pasco/SW Home Health, a leading provider of community and human services, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Liaison to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources, negotiating service contracts, and implementing effective marketing initiatives.

Job Summary:
- Direct all daily marketing operations, including implementing marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate service contracts with managed care organizations, government agencies, and other payers to ensure maximum reimbursement.
- Conduct market assessments and develop comprehensive marketing plans.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to establish marketing techniques for specialty Clinical Programs
- Build and maintain positive relationships with referral and payer sources.
- Monitor community, customer, and payer perceptions of Pasco/SW as a high-quality provider.
- Provide leadership in strategic planning and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Pasco/SW markets, competitor positioning, and community resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field, but not required
- Experience in marketing and community outreach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
