STATUS: Full-time
  • PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a remote position. Broomfield Colorado, and territory defined above is where applicant will have to travel in.

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, 8-5
PAY RANGE: $62,000-$70,000
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Incentive/Commission Plan

Rewarding Work You Will Do:
Community Relations Liaison
Builds and maintains community, client and caregiver relationships and leverages those relationships to increase referral volume, extend length of services/added hours, caregiver retention and expand market share in the community we serve. The Community Relations Liaison position will be responsible for new client sign on/home visits gained by developing senior care related referral relationships and promoting Talem Home Care programs and services, to include growing the Placement Services aspect of our business. The Community Care Liaison will grow referral sources including but not limited to: healthcare-related agencies, skilled nursing and assisted living, physicians, facilities and hospitals and placement services networking opportunities. Develops relationships with caregiver hiring referral sources to increase and retain quality caregivers. This position requires a great deal of empathy and soft sales skills while meeting clients and families in their homes. You must be comfortable with discussing the potential client's needs and understand the resources available to them in the greater health-care community.
  • Perform all phases of consultative sales process, including preparation and documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, recommendation of appropriate Talem Home Care services and additional community resources, maintaining and nurturing existing referral accounts.
  • Responsible for tracking all leads and referral sources on our CRM platform
  • Responsible for developing a cohesive relationship with the Care Coordinator/Scheduling Supervisor, in order to facilitate caregiver placement with new client sign on.
  • Meet or exceed monthly referral and new client sign on goals.
  • Assist with developing co-marketing opportunities with senior related lines of business.
  • Utilizes data to organize and manage progress. Learns and works in conjunction with SEO & social media/digital marketing partners to maximize leads.
  • Research and develop Referral Provider Network relationships.
  • Achieve inquiry generation objectives for assigned territory with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share. Target accounts include, but are not limited to, hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, rehabilitation centers, etc.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Talem Home Care & Placement Services brand. Effectively present marketing materials and services to referral providers. Plan, arrange, and conduct formal group presentations to referral providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities within Salesforce.
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or healthcare-related field preferred. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
  • Minimum Experience: Two to three (2-3) years' experience in marketing, sales, or healthcare relationship management.
  • Required License: Valid Colorado state driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Position reports to the Senior Business Development Manager & Advisor

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.

Compensation: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
