``Duties:```
- Complete and schedule in-home supervisory visits in consumers' homes.
- Ensuring members safety and well-being and ADL's are being met according to care plan.
- Verifying members eligibility.
- Assisting with surprise visits.
- Noting and assessing changes to members health and well-being.
- Ensuring members satisfaction regarding services.
- Reporting issues to management regarding members and services.
- Advertising/marketing for the agency

- Strong work ethic/ willingness to adapt to any situation
- Strong attendance record
- Walkin's preferred (Application will be processed faster)
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must pass background check
- Must have clean driving record
- Bilingual preferred
- Covid-19/Flu Vaccination preferred
Hours of operations Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
