PURPOSE: The Production Coordinator uses knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and stage elements to provide the Production Team with the necessary details to ensure efficiency and high production value within each service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating between the Production Team and other departments to ensure all audio, video, and lighting requests are met.
- Scheduling necessary Production Team members for events.
- Making adjustments to orders of service for weekend services at each campus.
- Overseeing and directing the following volunteer teams:
o Production Team
o Performance Team
- Performances – facilitate meetings with key Designers, ensure deadlines are met for creative projects, recruit the necessary team members, facilitate auditions, communicate changes from concept to execution for each performance.
Assist in facilitating the production of Wednesday Night & Weekend services.
- Fill in for Production team members as needed.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate, adapt, and take initiative
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong time management skills
Ample knowledge of audio, video and lighting concepts and equipement knowledge
