Job Title: Commission Sales Representative - Broadband Internet
Overview:
As a Commission Sales Representative for Vyve Broadband Internet, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling broadband internet services to potential customers. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, a some understanding of broadband technology, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Actively prospect and identify potential customers to promote broadband internet services.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the broadband services.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in broadband technology and services.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the broadband products and services offered.
- Effectively communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
- Sales Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales presentations, and closed deals.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications or broadband industry.
- Strong knowledge of broadband internet technology and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
Compensation:
This position is solely commission-based (no additional compensation) payed by Comtex Communications, with a competitive commission structure and potential for bonuses based on performance.
