Salary```Job Overview: ``` We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to join our organization. As a director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our company's operations. You would be responsible for the following: Road Department, Sanitation and Landfill, Facility Maintenance, Mowing County locations outside of Nahunta, Airport Grounds oversight - mowing contract, and right of way mowing contract. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. ```Duties:``` - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives - Provide leadership and guidance to department managers and staff - Monitor and evaluate departmental performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with other directors and executives to align departmental goals with overall company objectives - Oversee budgeting and financial management activities - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee development ```Requirements:``` - Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position - Strong understanding of business operations and management principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively - Computer skills - This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to make a significant impact on our organization.
