PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
This is a pivotal role will center on expanding our client base, mainly focusing on restaurants that feature diverse Asian cuisines and driving sales growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Client Engagement: Identify and engage potential clients in alignment with the company's sales goals and strategies, with a pronounced emphasis on the Asian market.
· Product Mastery: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Kirnland Food product line to represent it to prospective clients confidently.
· Sales Growth: Work to increase the client base and increase the sales for each client.
· Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring their requirements are met.
· Networking: Represent Kirnland Food at industry conferences and events, display our products, and cultivate ties within the Asian restaurant community.
· Client Relations: Forge and sustain relationships with our existing clientele, ensuring unparalleled customer service to retain their loyalty.
· Sales Tracking: Monitor sales opportunities within the Asian market and maintain regular communication with potential clients through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of two years in sales, with a preference for experience in the food industry or the Asian market segment.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
· Robust organizational and time management capabilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software tools.

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
- High school or GED equivalent.
