Commercial Roofing Sales / Estimator Position

Roofing Estimator for Commercial Roofing for a 50+ year Commercial and Industrial Roofing Company in Chicago.

This role will cover the greater Chicago area.

Estimator / Business Development

Bids: Responding to RFPs, preparing bids, and securing commercial and industrial roofing jobs

Relationships: Developing relationships with new customers and existing customers

Sales Pipeline: Responsible for developing and closing a pipeline of negotiated for both production and service work.

Experience:

3+ years experience as an Estimator in Commercial Roofing.

Be well versed in all single-ply roofing materials and single-ply methods of attachments.

Ability to read and interpret specifications, bid documents, and perform project takeoffs.

Ability to compile and prepare project submittals.

Ability to work with mathematical concepts and spreadsheets that use formulas for basic calculations and ratio analyses.
