Our first location will be in Waukegan IL, it is a 10,000 sqft new construction building. Located near a major intersection and surrounded by local fleet and retail opportunities.
Requirements
· Flexible availability.

· Ability to focus on current project until completion.
· Punctual and coachable.
· Enjoy working in a team environment.
· Work with customers using our sales model to close sales.
· Examine damaged vehicles to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.
· Provide estimates for cost of labor and parts to repair or replace each damaged item.
· Reviews repair cost estimates with customer and Production Manager.
· Determine feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders and doors.
· Evaluates practicality of repair as opposed to payment of vehicle market value before accident.
· Determines salvage value on total vehicle loss.
· Training provided.
· Prepares insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimates and recommendations.
· Estimates cost of repainting, converting to special purposes or customizing undamaged vehicles.
· Other tasks as assigned.
