Commercial Roofing Account Executive

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a keen eye for detail? M&M Roofing is excited to announce an excellent career opportunity as a Commercial Account Executive in our rapidly growing commercial division.

What You'll Do

• Prospect new clients, conduct site visits, and provide analysis of existing roof systems
• Generate and maintain individual pipeline by building relationships with property managers, general contractors, and other local avenues of business outside relying on the company's marketing efforts
• Assess project requirements, evaluate costs, and prepare accurate estimates for Commercial Roofing projects
• Be the liaison between the customer and the roofing operations department
• Estimate jobs, perform take-offs, write proposals, and communicate with business owners and property managers
• Pay attention to detail and accurately measure and document technical roof data and estimate calculations
• Be a partner with the Commercial Operations department in all aspects from estimating to installation

What You Need

• Experience in Commercial Roofing (repairs, production, or sales) preffered.
• B2B lead generation experience.
• Ability to read drawings and spec books in order to perform take-offs, write estimates, and proposals
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, ToDo, PowerPoint, etc)
• Ability to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level
• Valid driver's license
• High School diploma or GED
