Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role for a Commercial Roofing professional. The Commercial Roofing professional will be responsible for performing roof inspections, repairs, and installations on commercial buildings. The role is located in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Commercial Roofing, including knowledge of different roofing materials and installation methods (TPO, Torch down)
• Ability to analyze roof conditions and determine necessary repairs or replacements
• Experience with roofing tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work at heights
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Willingness to travel
• Estimating experience is a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:

• Commercial roofing: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Phoenix, AZ (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Phoenix, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
