We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.
- Preparation of Budgets
- Preparation of Monthly Operating Reports
- CAM/Operating Expense billings and Reconciliations
- Collections of monthly rents and default process
- Lease language and related application compliance
- Work with building systems ( EMS , access systems, HVAC, Fire Alarm, etc.)
- Structuring and bidding of vendor service contracts
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Commercial Office Property Management Experience
- General office management experience
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel (Yardi/MRI proficiency a "plus” but not required)
- Arizona Real Estate license required
- RPA or CPM preferred but not required
