Commercial Property Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Property Manager responsible for the specific duties listed below.

• Preparation of Budgets
• Preparation of Monthly Operating Reports
• CAM/Operating Expense billings and Reconciliations
• Collections of monthly rents and default process
• Lease language and related application compliance
• Work with building systems ( EMS , access systems, HVAC, Fire Alarm, etc.)
• Structuring and bidding of vendor service contracts

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Commercial Office Property Management Experience
• General office management experience
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel (Yardi/MRI proficiency a "plus” but not required)
• Arizona Real Estate license required
• RPA or CPM preferred but not required

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
