We're on the lookout for dynamic loan officers with a high level of energy to thoroughly assess, approve, or responsibly reject loan applications for commercial properties and businesses. As a key link between customers and esteemed financial institutions, you'll facilitate smooth loan acquisitions for eligible applicants within efficient timeframes.
We have a requirement of 2 loans a month.
The position is a Remote 1099 100% Commission and has a national reach for funding. Income Potential is Unlimited.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prime referral sources like Commercial Banks and Credit Unions, CPAs, Financial Planners, Attorneys (specializing in bankruptcy, real estate, estate planning, and divorce), and Realtors.
- Conduct insightful interviews to gauge financial eligibility and loan viability.
- Collaborate closely with team members throughout the loan process.
- Reach out and follow up on local leads provided by J6 Capital.
Qualifications

Experience or certification in the mortgage industry is a plus, but not crucial. We are more interested in finding individuals who have the right skills and attitude to be successful in this role

Pay: $48,402.08 - $58,290.68 per year
