We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending and a proven track record of success in originating Residential Mortgage Loans.

Responsibilities:

- Originate Residential Mortgage Loans in accordance with company policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources

- Educate borrowers on the mortgage process and assist them in selecting the best loan product for their needs

- Collect and analyze borrower financial information to determine creditworthiness

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications

- Maintain knowledge of current industry regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Mortgage lending

- Strong understanding of mortgage products and services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Must be licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator in [Insert state]
