Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Review and analyze client policies to ensure proper coverage and identify any gaps or opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and pricing for clients
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the insurance market
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding claims processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Experience:
- 3 Years Previous experience in Commercial Lines Account management or related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages, particularly in the Commercial Lines space
- Proven ability to analyze complex insurance policies and make recommendations based on client needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, carriers, and team members
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
