SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Well-established, family-owned and operated insurance brokerage firm in Beaverton is adding a Commercial LinesAccount Manager to their specialty Condominium division. For over 40 years, this local team of professionals has been customizing coverage plans that encompass personal, commercial, condominium, group benefits and financial planning services for their customers. If you have experience within an independent brokerage firm and have prior Commercial Lines insurance, apply today for immediate consideration for this direct hire, permanent career opportunity!
JOB DUTIES:
As the Commercial LinesAccount Manager you will support the book of business covering Condominium and HOA insurance bundles. You'll Essential duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting Principal Producer
- Preparing certificates for clients
- Processing endorsements
- Processing renewals and preparing proposals
- Communicating with underwriters on renewals, applications, and new business submissions
- Communicating with clients on coverage and policy information
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Current Oregon Property & Casualty License
- 3+ years of recent Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Independent insurance brokerage experience
- AMS 360 experience
- Professional written + verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent phone skills
