Duties:
- Assist senior underwriters in evaluating loan applications and determining creditworthiness
- Collect and analyze financial data to assess risk and make informed decisions
- Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and borrower profiles
- Prepare reports and summaries of findings for review by senior underwriters
- Assist in the development and maintenance of underwriting guidelines and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan applications
- Provide support in the preparation of loan documents and closing processes
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in data collection
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be bilingual: Korean & English
