Exciting Office Manager Opportunity in Myrtle Beach!

This individual will play a pivotal role in daily corporate office functions, working closely with senior leadership and team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track and save Pay Applications, Lien Wavers, Change Orders, and Invoices.
- Maintain Project Files and organize close-out books at the completion of each project.
- Prepare and design presentations, word processing documents, reports, letters, templates, and mail merge.
- Answer the phone, direct calls to appropriate parties, and take/deliver messages.
- Manage Conference Room Scheduling, Corporate Apparel Orders, and inventory of Supplies and Equipment.
- Handle copy, fax, scan, file, and print documents as requested by corporate team members.
- Daily email communication with Leadership and corporate office.
- Manage company mail, pick-ups, and deliveries.
- Assist Director of Business Development with marketing for all Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Assist with the planning of the upcoming Trade Show Calendar and Registrations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of work experience as an Office Manager (Experience within the Construction Industry Preferred).
- Experience in supporting Senior Leadership with Communication and Administrative Tasks.
- Exceptional Computer, Marketing, Communication, and Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven Skillful Experience with the full Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
